Beautifully furnished, ground-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo on Holiday Cove canal. The gulf is just a short paddle down the canal to beautiful blue water and superb in-shore fishing. Just a few minutes away you can enjoy sandy white beaches, grilling and picnics at Sunset Park or the larger Howard Park. You can launch your boat at either of these parks or fish from shore - Red Fish, Speckled Trout and Blue fish inhabit the shallow grassy flats and are within casting distance of the shore.

If you prefer fresh water, Anderson Park on 2,534 acre Lake Tarpon is only a few minutes away. Lake Tarpon is one of the top 10 bass lakes in Florida and features lakeside picnic tables and grills, and an excellent boat ramp. Golf, bicycle, picnic, shop, dine out, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water.

Across the canal from the condo is a nature preserve where a pair of magnificent Osprey nest and fish. You won't need binoculars, but bring them if you have them because there are plenty of egrets, herons, king fishers, ibis, storks, pelicans, and many other wading and soaring birds to watch from the condo's back deck.

The nature preserve is always active. Mullet are constantly jumping in the estuary and you can often see them schooling around the dock. Mullet will rarely take a hook though. To catch mullet you have to net them. However, you can fish for redfish, flounder and catfish from the dock behind the condo. Just bait your rod with shrimp and drop it to the bottom or rig it with a bobber. If you are real adventurous, you can go crabbing for blue crab.
