The Las Vegas Jamaica Mansion is a beautiful 3 story 7,500 sq. ft. 3.5 million dollar home. Located only minutes away from the World Famous "LAS VEGAS STRIP", and some of the most prestigous Golf Clubs in Las Vegas such as Angel Park, The Bad Lands, and the World Famous Bali Hai just to name a few.

This home has been exquisitely furnished with  pieces we have personally collected throughout our travels of the world. The tropical pool with waterfall and spa area is a perfect place to enjoy your next vacation, plan a wedding, or to arrange your next corporate event. Sprawled out on more than a half acre of land, you will find it to be very private and peaceful.  Also enjoy a commercial gas grill, refrigerator, and outdoor music.

 If getting a good nights sleep is important to you, then your're going to love the spa like retreat of the master suite, as it occupies the entire third floor, about 1400 sq. ft.  With fireplace, sitting area, luxury bathroom and a private balcony you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage and take in the city lights of the LAS VEGAS STRIP.

 This home has everything one could possibly need or want, from your very own private gym to a separate office including WI/FI , computer, fax, phone, and printer.  Inside the home you will find a very spacious 10 X 12  laundry room with washer and dryer, including its own private  bathroom.  Kitchen includes 2 side by side refrigerators with separate ice maker and all the high end appliences you will need.  Enjoy one of 4 fireplaces located outside in the courtyard next to a tranquil flowing waterfall.  Also keep your car cool by parking in our oversized  3 car garage. It is almost easier to say what the home does not have such as a private Butler or Chef, but if you should need one, we will be happy to arrange that for you. 

With respect to all guest we kindly ask that you DO NOT SMOKE inside the home, we have placed plenty of ashtrays and cigarette disposal cans outside of the home, PLEASE do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.  

There are many things to do and see outside of the Las Vegas Strip such as Zion National Park, Charleston Resort, Lake Meads Hoover Dam, and Red Rock National Park. Enjoy Hiking, Camping, Fishing, Boating, and Skiing just to name a few.

If you want to experience something most travelers will never see, then visit a hidden gem called " WILLOW BEACH " just past " Hoover Dam", about 8 miles turn right and follow the road to the end, there you will find the awe inspiring COLORADO RIVER. Have a picnic with your family or a romantic bottle of wine with your favorite companion. This truly is an oasis in the dessert and a place you will always remember.

While visiting this beautiful place keep this in mind, but for this river, this town of glitz and glamour would never exist.
