The Jamaica Mansion sits on a half acre of land in a private gated community, with only 7 other homes on the private street.
Plenty of room, with 7800 sq ft, the home has 3 stories with rooms on each floor.
All the furniture in the home is very high end, and many pieces we have collected from our travels around the world.
As you enter the property you will be greeted by a beautiful waterfall in the courtyard.
The master bedroom on the top floor is almost 1500 sq. ft. and occupies the entire top floor, it is very private and luxurious, with a balcony overlooking the Las Vegas Strip,The master bedroom has a mini living room and luxury spa like bathroom.
On the bottom floor sits a pool table and a mini kitchenette with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we have just put in brand new slate tile and looks great.
You can also walk out to the crystal clear custom pool from this level.
The main living area has two additional bedrooms, two dining rooms and two living rooms. and 3 bathrooms.
The gourmet kitchen has all top of the line commercial appliances and a sub zero side by side fridge. There is an 8 top buffet style seating granit counter top over looking the kithchen. All the dishes you will need to prepare a great home cooked meal are here. Should you need a private Chef, we can arrange this for you as well.
