I am a touring musician on the road and would love to have a cool person come and stay in my studio for 6 weeks. If you are traveling as a tourist or need to be in the city for work or school during this time, my place is perfect for you!

     TO BE RETURNED AFTER SEPT 7TH.

**The cost for the 6 weeks is $3000 which breaks down to $500 a week. I will be out of the country for that whole period of time and would have to arrange your stay before I left with the building's concierge.

If you take the full 6 weeks the  additional 4 days up till Sept 6 will be free!

**Requires a $600 security deposti to be returned after Sept 7th.

**Payment of the rental must be paid two (2) weeks before July 22
