Fully equiped Melaque beach house.  25 min. drive from Manzanillo Int. Airport. Situated in the residential neighborhood of Villa Obregon. One half block from the ocean.   

Open concept, dining & living room.  Large dinning table seats eight.  Comfortable living room with entertainment center.  Starchoice satellite TV, DVD, CD, and VCR players.  Movies, books, cards, and board games.

Fully equiped kitchen has a 6 burner stove with oven, a microwave, big fridge with freezer, coffe maker, blender, electric kettle, lots of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils. 

Both large bedrooms each have a king size bed plus a single bed.  Full bathrooms with showers.  Large outdoor patio faces the grassed yard with coconut palms, a lime tree, a mango tree, bananas, and flowering plants. 

Easy walking distance to several restaurants and shopping.  Gated parking for at least 2 vehicles

Outdoor charcoal BBQ.  White poly patio furniture - round table with 6 chairs.

Canvas deck chairs for suntanning or lounging in the yard.

Use of outdoor Hammock - ties up on patio pilars.

All linens supplied - 2 sets of sheets and pillow cases for each bed.  Lots of bath towels, face cloths, kitchen towels and dish clothes.  Lots of beach towels.  Table clothes for dinning room and outdoor patio table. Seat  cushions for outdoor chairs. 

Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and living/dining room.

Outdoor shower - to wash off sand from beach.

Maid service available.
