Hardwood floors throughout, seperate guest quarters(3rd Bdrm.), large covered rear patio, huge rooftop deck w/panoramic view and peek of the ocean, enjoy sunrises & sunsets from the front east facing and rear southwest facing. Steps to the beach, library, restaurants, community center, pier. Old Surfboards provided. Ping pong table for entertainment. Fish off the pier. Small side yard. Extra off-street parking.
A fun beach house...bring your fishing pole or just a book and a beach towel.
