Walk to scenic Old Town plaza, the museum district and many fine shops and restaurants. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to I-40, the home is less than ten minutes from the airport.
This well-equipped property has air-conditioning (not evaporative cooling!), has a master bedroom with bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom plus a separate sink/vanity upstairs. The beautifully decorated living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a cozy desk area (if you must work). and comfortable dining area. The full, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave oven. Washer/dryer too. The dining room seats 8.
