This well-equipped property has air-conditioning (not evaporative cooling!), has a master bedroom with bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom plus a separate sink/vanity upstairs. The beautifully decorated living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a cozy desk area (if you must work). and comfortable dining area.
