Penthouse has large comfortable couches and chairs, is very comfortable to lay around and watch birds, planes and hand-gliders fly by your window.  Dolphins are also seen daily. 1800 sq.ft., Penthouse has Couch-bed, you can sleep 6.

The greatroom, kitchen and dining are all open with ocean views.  The penthouse is fully furnished; just bring your clothes, food and toys.  3 car covered garage. Pay laundry.  Flat screen tv’s w/ dvr’s. Large master suite with ocean views and large master bath, and private deck.  Master bath has walk-in shower, and jetted tub.  2nd bedroom is also private, w/ bathroom and tv. Penthouse has computer with high speed internet.  A private stairway goes down to beach area.  Wireless device capabilities.

  Golf courses and practice range are nearby.  Groceries, Liquor, drug & clothing stores are a minute away on foot. Lots of ocean view restaurants.  Wonderful shopping in Solana beach, Del Mar and Cardiff. Ocean View parks are walking distance, with basketball, playgrounds and lots of grass.  Sunsets are beautiful from the penthouse.  Ocean view parks and race track have concerts and recreational activities. Surfer watching is a main attraction from the penthouse. The most popular activity is watching sports on tv and looking out the windows at the ocean, sea life and people playing on the beach.
