Off season rate negotiable. 1/2 rental fee and security deposit due at time of reservation. Balance or rental due within 7 days of beginning rental date. No refund within 7 days of rental date. All rental charges include normal cleaning charges. Cleaning charges in excess of normal will incur additional fees. Rental fees are for maximum of 8 persons. Week's rental normally runs Saturday @ 5 pm to Saturday @ 10:30 am.
