Enjoy total relaxation in this authentic 4-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse located on one-plus acres down a private lane in Wine Country. Recently redecorated with rustic tile in the entry, kitchen, breakfast, laundry and downstairs bathroom. The Fitness Room has newly installed Brazilian Cherry wood floors. There are crown mouldings throughout the house and the entire interior has been newly painted using the Restoration Hardware palette. All combined, no expense has been spared to provide an elegant environment that is understated and most of all, comfortable.

A fully equipped country kitchen that opens onto the breakfast room is ready for you to create your own gourmet meals. The kitchen also has a wall-mounted HD flat-screen TV so you can watch the morning news as you prepare breakfast. We have a total of three flat-screen HD TVs to allow anyone in your group to view the programming of their choice.

Pepper Tree Farmhouse is set back 300 feet from a private lane. The long driveway is lined with Pepper Trees providing an elegant approach to the home. Ideally located in an area of homes on at least one acre or more, you are less than a mile from the City of Solvang.

Solvang offers many unique shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. If convenience is important, the Pepper Tree Farmhouse is also one mile from the grocery store, natural food store, coffee shop, pharmacy and more. You have a very rural feeling but you are very close to town and activities.

Pepper Tree Farmhouse is very spacious and has over 500 square feet of verandas where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful weather that Solvang has to offer. The home has been decorated with original artwork, custom window coverings and accents throughout the house. We feature a "Fitness Room" complete with treadmill, stationary bike, and wall-mounted flat-screen HD TV to enjoy while you work out. The Living Room has a huge fireplace and is equipped with a 40-inch HD flat-screen TV. We offer a formal dining room that seats eight. The master suite has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet and canyon views. The Master Bath has a double sink and skylight. The other bedrooms each have their own queen-sized beds and are also provided with high quality linens. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses, down comforters and down pillows giving you an incredibly luxurious sleeping experience. Pepper Tree Farmhouse has four bedrooms that provide privacy not found in many other properties. We have all the amenities you would usually find in a premier hotel, plus the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. The value is unsurpassed.

Wine tasting- The Santa Ynez Valley has become world renowned for its wines and you will be right in the middle of this famous wine region. There are over 20 vineyards and tasting rooms within a 5-mile radius of the Pepper Tree Farmhouse.

Golf-Enjoy a relaxing game of golf at one of the many courses nearby. Alisal River Course is located just over two miles away. The Alisal Ranch is located just over three miles away and the Rancho San Marcos golf course is located less than 20 miles away.

Biking-Not only is the Santa Ynez Valley the region where Lance Armstrong has trained for his many Tour de France wins, but Solvang hosts the Time Trials for the Amgen Tour. The Valley offers a wide variety of bike routes, from level open roads to challenging grades in the Coastal and Los Padres Mountain Ranges.
