RENT RULES

A refundable $200 (1-3 weeks rent) $500 (monthly rent) Security Deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days before arrival when the full balance is due.

The Security Deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after the ent of the rent, if NO DAMAGE have been found. The cleaning company will checkt the condo after the customer lived and if damage has been found for example: THIRTY COUCH the cleaning company will estimate the cleaning costs for that demage that is no covered in the standard cleaning fee! The customer wil be informed and charged for that demage. The redused Security Deposit will be returned to the customer.

For any long distance phone charges and any condo damages is Renter fully responsible. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice!
