Beautiful waterfront home faces west for magnificent sunsets off of the Metedaconk River. Large open floor plan with a child friendly envirnment.  Large flat screen television to add to your entertainment pleasure. The covered porch acts as an additional room to the house, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Metedeconk River, sunsets, read, eat and relax. First floor has one bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with the master bedroom having water view and large outdoor deck.

For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the basement floor. Outside there is a heated hot tub, outdoor shower and a large grill. You can also enjoy fishing and crabbing off of the dock. Own a boat or jet ski? No problem. Bring them with you. Boat and jet ski lift are availible or dock them along the 100 ft. dock. This is a non smoking home.

To assist you in your week long vacation we will have a list of locations for various shops, attractions and restaurants that are in the area.   

June 25th  - July 9th..........$3,000 per week

July 9th - August 13th........$2,500 per week

August 14th to September 11th....$3,000 per week

      WINTER RENTAL

September 15 through June 15...............$2,000 per month. Utilities not included.

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check (Need 7 days to clear)
• Security Deposits:  $1,000 per week to reserve rental for the specified time as per lease agreement. Security Deposits will be refunded after detailed inspection is completed as per lease agreement. 
• Payment:  Full payment due 30 days prior to rental date. 
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Week(s) must be re-rented before any refund/cancellation honored minus $150 administrative fee.
• Landlord cancellation:  If the landlord cancels the lease contract full refund will be made
• Non Payment of Rent: If full payment is not recieved 30 days prior to rental date,  cancellation of contract will take place and security deposit is lost.
• Weekly rental Check In: Saturday 4:00 p.m.
• Check Out: Following Saturday     10:00 a.m.
• Linens & things:  Pillows, bedsheets and towels are NOT supplied.  All beds are queen size. 

• Other Fees: 
  • General Cleaning Service: $195.00 cleaning fee per weekly rental. NO EXCEPTIONS. TWO WEEK STAY OR MORE $500 fee bi-weekly service fee. 
    
  • BOAT/ Jet Ski: Proof of boaters insurance and license is required in order to use the dock.
  • BOAT Lift:     $500.00 per week (20,000 pound boat max)
  • Jet Ski Lift:   $250.00 per lift per week.
  • RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIRS OF JET SKI LIFT DURING RENTAL PERIOD.
