Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, all linens, laundry room, dishwasher. Also provided for your convenience is laundry detergent, fabric softner, ironing board and iron, soap, shampoo.

 A breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide a toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, flat grill, and two coffee makers. Don't worry about that morning cup of coffee - we provide the coffee, sugar, and creamer for those of you who arrive tired or late and don't feel like going to the store.

AC, satellite TV in all the rooms, FREE internet connection, movie collection, games, hammock, rockers, gas grill.

There is a large outdoor firepit for the beautiful Georgia nights. Wood is provided free. There is hiking at location and a labyrinth to enjoy. Very large wrap around covered deck with rockers and hammocks and outdoor dining. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with bunk bed top and full bottom.

These rates are year round!!! 2 day rental required for all weekends

$350 security deposit- paid in advance as reservation fee, via check, credit card, cash, paypal or money order - then returned upon check out.

$50 dollar cleaning fee and 12% tax is applied to all bookings. Check in times are flexible. Check out is at 11:00am, unless other arrangements are made.

Pets are permitted if they are crate trained. There is an additional fee of $50 added to lease and security deposit is $500
