New, spacious and very bright apartment, just 20 m from the lake. Very quiete position. Max 6 persons.

We are in Lezzeno, just 7 km from the famous town of Bellagio, and just 15 km from the charming Como.

The apartment is on 2 floors. Ground floor with: large living room with american kitchen, fully equipped (also dishwasher). Married bedroom, main bathroom (with wc, bide, basin and shower). Upstairs (attic): onebig bedroom with one king bed and 2 single beds. Toilet (with wc, bide, basin, washing machine).
Tv-sat.
Private parking (no extra cost) available.

Our apartments are very comfortable and in quiete position. Just few steps from the parking (on the main road Como-Bellagio), and overlooking the beautiful Como Lake.

The bus stop is 200 m far.
There is a very good restaurant, with also swimming pool, salarium and water sports school only 300 m far.
1 km from grochery shop.
2 km from boat, hydrfoil, bank, main church,shops....
In Bellagio you found all the other services: shops and boutiques, including excellent restaurants, pizzerias, wine tasting rooms, internet point, fitness center, laundry, pool, tennis courts, water skiing , wakeboard ....
