Ammenities include Air conditioning, 40" LCD TV, HD cable box, cd/mp3/dvd player, xbox, stereo system, internet, telephone, large back yard, nice private deck with bbq and hottub.  

The home has 6 bedrooms which includes 2 king sized beds, plus 3 queen sized beds and 1 double bed.  All bedding is supplied as well as bath and kitchen towels, pots and pans, a selection of spices, blender, coffee maker, toaster, bar fridge, microwave, fridge with ice-maker, gas stove/oven.  Also included are front loading laundry facilities with laundry soap supplied.

There is a nice private deck with pergola which has patio seating, bbq and 8 person salt water hot tub.  The deck overlooks the large back yard.

THIS HOME IS:

Close to everything you can walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, boat tours, scooter rentals, hockey arena, arts museum, concert hall, movie theater and shows.  A short drive can get you to one of the many golf courses, wineries, motorcross track, indoor water park, or ski hills in the area.  If you enjoy hiking or biking the very popular Knox mountain is a 5 min bike ride away, plus you can hit a wine tour or stop at Tree Brewing on the way. 

Peak Rates - July, August, till September 15th - $2800/ week - Weekly rental only

May, June, September, October & Offseason Holidays - $2300/week or $350/day - 4 day min.

Winter Rates - $1600/week or $250/day - 3 day min.
