The villa is in Rancho Sin Vacas, a 24-hour guard-gated community with
about 7 miles of paved roads that wind among the foothills and ravines.
The community is in the northern Foothills area of Tucson near the
intersection of Campbell and Ina. The villa is approximately 1200
square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, patio, BBQ, Fireplace, Central
Air Conditioning, full Kitchen, washer/dryer, and shares the
clubhouse and heated pool/hot tub with the other villas. Views of
the Catalinas, majestic saguaros, and city lights are stunning.
Excellent walking and hiking at your doorstep. It is within 5
minutes drive to stores and other city amenities.
The perfect place to spend a month or more in the cool nights and
warm sun among the plants and animal life of the high desert. You
are within 60 minutes of the Mexican border.

With the peace, security and quiet of a guard-gated communty, Sin
Vacas will be associated with happier memories in your life. The
clubhouse has a reading area, a workout area, and television viewing
area as well as a heated pool and hut tub. Just a few steps away from
your villa, it is just the place to meet your neighbors, curl your
feet up with a favorite book, or sunbathe. The villa is fully and
tastefully furnished in Southwestern decor. It has a queen bed in the
master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room, two full baths, a
dining room, kitchen, and living room. There are 3 flatscreen TVs with
cable, DVD, VCR, & High Speed Internet with WIFI is available, a
stereo, BBQ, and patio furniture in the front and back to enhance your
enjoyment of the sun sets and outdoors. The patios are made from peach
slate flagstone from the Sedona region of Arizona.

You can swim, hike, bike, read, write, rest, plan trips into the
city center which is 15 minutes away, feed quail, cardinals, finches,
doves, woodpeckers and hummingbirds, watch rabbits, catch glimpses of
javalinas and road runners, enjoy the spring flowering of cactus species,
palo verde, mesquite and iron wood trees throughout the community and
up the mountains, or work out in the exercise room.
Tucson is close to the Mexican border so you can take day trips
across the border and find the perfect gifts for family and friends
back home or just enjoy the food and festivities. In addition, there
are several communities of artists in the Tucson area to explore.
