Tir Na N'og in Bahamas

Tir Na N'og is a Luxurious private vacation estate located on 10 acres of secluded beach front property. It's Gaelic name translates as "land of the ever-young", and your experience here will feel as if time has indeed stood still.Manicured grounds are surrounded by golden cocnut palms and indigneous plants and flowers. There is a private beach and tennis court complete with tennis pavilion, rackets and balls. An island tiki hut can be used to get some shade , whilst the cabana located right on the beach, houses outdoor showers, beach chairs, kayaks and snorkeling gear.

Morning maid service is complimentary, and a chef can be arranged for extra charge with advance notice.

Tir na N'og was bulit in 2007 by local carpenters and craftsmen under the vision of famed interior designer (and author of "Island Life") David Flint Wood. Decorated in the style of an old Carribean plantation house. The four seprate housing structures allow for bedroom privacy, group dining and socializing.

Tir Na N'og has something for everyone,with 300ft of private beach, a beach cabana filled with beach toys, games, loungers, kayaks and snorkeling gear, a private tennis court and pavilion.

Two of the best restaurants and beach bars are just a short walk down the beach in either direction. Or you can choose to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, or outdoor grill to whip up a meal yourself, alternatively hire in a local chef to do it for you. And for those of you who have a taste for fresh locally grown produce, Tir Na N'og has it's own vegetable garden, coconut grove and an assortment of fruit trees.

Tir Na Nog is located just a five minute drive from Governor's Harbor town, here you can pick up the local catch of the day, go fly fishing with local fisherman Paul Petty, take out a sailing boat at the local yacht club, or simply mingle with the locals.

Low Season-6 people (May 15-Nov 15) .. $5500/week for main house and mess hall
Low Season-12 people .. $7500/week for main house, beach bungalows, and mess hall
Each beach cottage ............ $1000/week regardless of season.
Beach cottages are only rented in conjunction with the main cottage and mess hall.
Christmas and Easter rentals require a two week booking,higher rates may apply.
