The eighth & third floor apartments are studio suites (7B & 2C) and
both feature queen sized beds. Apt 2C has a queen size futon mattress
in addition to the bed. They have about 400 square feet, include full
wall sliding glass doors with a stunning full view of Condado Beach
and the Ocean. This is the view you long for when planning a tropical
vacation!
There is a full kitchen and bathroom in the suite. Each floor of the
building is keyed so only residents of three other apartments have
access to your floor. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available
for residents of the apartment.

The beach! Slip into your bathing suit and sandals and walk to the
beach which is adjacent to the building. You have direct access to
the beach and surf. At night, be lulled to sleep with the sound of
surf --- the Earth's heartbeat.
You are within 5 minutes walking time to a fitness center, cyber
cafe, stores, 7 casinos, hotels, restaurants, car rentals and
nightlife. As parking is not available within the apartment compound,
you can arrange to park your vehicle at the Marriott Hotel Parkade
just across the street for $18 a night or $120 a month. You are ten
minutes by car to Old San Juan, which is just 3 miles down the beach
from your apartment. Go and view the cruise ships and enjoy the
tourist amenities.
