Lazee Days at Calabay Parc - your luxury villa holiday.

A 2800 Sq. Ft. Villa with L-shaped Pool is located in the original Calabay Parc, an exclusive community just 15-20 minutes or so from Disney.  it is just west, but within 5 minutes of the I4 to take you in any direction! Calabay Parc is one of the most sought-after areas around Disney, with a proper “Desperate Housewives” feel about it, and wonderfully maintained with lots of trees and greenery.  Lazee Days is tucked in to the very rear of the development near open woodland (preserve), and is hence subject to very little passing traffic – just your immediate neighbours - and feels wonderfully relaxing.

We would love to welcome you to our holiday home in the Florida sun and have you enjoy it as much as we do.  We constantly make improvements and make sure the place is ship-shape and have great agents locally who can help you with more or less anything you need.

The Villa has 15 mbps ultra high speed Broadband Internet, and house & poolside Wi-Fi.

There is a fully kitted-out office upstairs with a high quality Dell computer, with a full HD screen, printer and scanner etc, for those who cannot escape a small bit of work whilst away.

There is a Games Room in the garage with Air hockey, Foosball table and a full sized ping-pong table.

The Villa has five good sized bedrooms, 2 as Masters with King sized (UK Super-King) beds, another Master has a Queen size Bed with ensuite and a further two twin rooms.  One of these twin rooms also has a walk in closet, and an ensuite which is shared with bedroom 5.  The main Master bedroom on the ground floor overlooks the pool and has a huge his and hers bathroom, a walk in closet.

All bedrooms have Cable TV, and the downstairs kid’s den has a PlayStation 2 and its own Large TV, with big double doors; all the better to shut them away behind!  There is also a sofa bed in the den in case any fighting breaks out over who has which room. (Yup, that's seven TVs)

The main sitting room is beautifully designed, very comfortable, and opens on to the Pool Deck & Lanai.  It has a brand new 47” 1080p High Definition TV which is just wonderful when viewing one of a number of Hi-Def stations on the Hi-Def Cable TV feed.  

There is also a roomy Kitchen with built in Microwave, Dishwasher & American-Style Fridge with Cold Water/Ice dispenser, a breakfast/kids dining area as well as a walk-in pantry, and more than enough kitchen gadgets to make you feel right at home.  There is a utility room with full sized US washer and Dryer.  The adults have their own formal dining area off the living area, too.  The house even has two Air-Conditioning systems, one for upstairs, one for downstairs, and has a lovely open feel.

The Pool/Deck & Lanai area has great views to a preserve close by where you will likely see deer, eagles, buzzards, racoons, snappers and even coyotes, with good open space behind which is unusual in most Villas.  The Lanai has its own ceiling fan to create a cooling breeze, but this area also gets lovely morning sun, allowing you to breakfast in the sun before it gets too hot.  The Lanai gives full cover (from around 9.30 in the morning) from the blistering sun, should you need a break from self-basting!  The Pool itself is oversized and L-Shaped, with a maximum depth of 5 feet, but with entry steps/seats at either end of the L.  On the point of the pool sits the Hot Tub/Spa which will seat 4+, and creates a nice waterfall feature and flow into the main pool.  The Pool is heated by Gas, so the tub warms quickly, and at cooler times of the year, the pool can be brought to the desired temperature very quickly before you arrive, and topped up as required during your stay (there is an additional charge for Pool Heat).  The pool is fully in the sun from early in the morning to last thing of an evening and there is a large area of decking which is also fully in the sun all day.  This is big enough to accommodate 4 to 6 folk who are full–time serious sun-worshippers.
