     This is a very quaint and comfortable house, nestled on a quiet street in Ballston Spa.  There are hardwood floors throughout the house, and an open floor plan.  There's a full kitchen with lots of room in the refrigerator, and some cupboard space.  The large front porch is perfect for afternoon reading or coctails, and a huge back deck is ideal for grilling and eating at the outdoor table. 

     There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bath upstairs as well.  There is a half bath downstairs off the sunroom, as well as a Cape Cod styled outdoor shower off the back deck.  A diningroom, livingroom and foyer make up the rest of the downstairs. 

     The neighborhood is quiet, but very close to downtown Ballston Spa where you can find meals anywheres from a sports bar to fine dining, with a variety of restaurants in between. 

     I have a dog that lives with me in the house normally, so mild mannered pets are allowed, but no puppies or clawed cats.
