vacation rental description
This house sits on a 5 acre parcel that fronts the Colorado River. The house itself sits back away from the river... approx 550 feet... walking distance... close enough to enjoy the cool water in the summertime.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk in closet and the master bathroom. Two bedrooms share a 'jack and jill" style bathroom set up. One with a queen bed, the other with a full size bed. A queen size hide-a -bed in the living room allows 8 to sleep comfortably in this house.
BBQ, horse shoes and firepit right in the front yard.
A long single car garage gives a bit of covered parking... also has the washer/dryer and a wash tub.
Ceiling fans in all rooms including the outside patio.
Private, double width, deep boat ramp with embedded anchor hooks and a boat dock. The beach is protected by two jettys and the dock which provides a safe play area for kids.

** There's a new place close by to rent boats and jet skis... just over the Needles bridge. We are not associated with them at all, but a lot of people ask me about this so I stopped to get their information: Beach Essentials & Watercraft Rentals.
