 This first floor rental totals 1,100 square feet. The 350 square foot Master Bedroom Suite' is equipped with a King Size Bed. It is located Just one mile to Beautiful Lake Glenville where boat rentals & 'on the water fun supplies' are available for memorable activities.

This Duplex, also called 'The Crickets Den',  so named as my husband's name is 'Cricket'.

Outside Patio Furniture, FirePit and Barbecue Grill for your own personal use., woodburning fireplace, sitting area and a second TV w/DVD and separate Satelite set up. There's also an addtional sofa bed in this Master Bdrm as well as a Wonderful Treadmill with all the bells and whistles! The entry area welcomes spacious dining, a custom bar built to enjoy leisurely time and cocktails by another fireplace (gas). This area also has a 'Double Size Bed' for more guests as well as another TV with Satellite and DVD player .. A separate (shared) gameroom provides activities at no cost to guests as well as bike rentals w/helmets for a small fee.

Luxury Hot Tub (Spa), A/C (window unit), Fireplace (one gas and one wood burning), 2 TV's with hundreds of channels via Direct TV Satellite System,  DVD and VCR, King size bed in Master and Full/Double Bed in Bed and Bar area. WiFi available upon request for 'one time $15 fee'.
