This first floor unit is fully furnished, tastefully decorated and fully stocked so that you can feel at home and relax during your vacation.  Just bring your personal items and add some food to complete the perfect beach experience. 

This condo is set in the natural landscaped community of  Sea Woods.  There are 3 pools, walking trails, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, exercise room, saunas, pool-side shower facilities and beach access walkways.    

   The following list includes some, not all, of what is available in this condo:

• Queen  bed- Select Comfort (the Sleep Number Bed!) in master bedroom
• Twin beds in 2nd bedroom
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cofee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils, silverware, cups/glasses and etc. 
• Bathrooms have towels and other supplies. 
• There is a full size washer and dryer with laundry supplies on the rack above. 
• Screened patio with furniture and electric grill.
• Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.
• There are 2 televisions, with cable, along with an IPOD speaker dock, VCR and DVD player.
• There are 2 phones, with an answering machine, in the unit.  Local phone service is available.
• Ironing Board and iron
• Vacuum
• Wireless High Speed Internet connection
•  All the comforts of home!  All you need to bring is clothes, sunscreen and toiletries.  All you will need to add is food/drink.

Along with many wonderful restaurants, there is a community theater that produces many enjoyable plays.

If your interest is fishing, then check out the many deep sea, flats and surf fishing services in the area.

If your interest is nature, visit the Marine Discovery center and sign up for a variety of activities that will give you a look into the marine life and plants of the area.

The Canaveral National Seashore boasts several miles of beautiful beaches and lush riverfront property.  Historic landmarks will provide a look at life in the area many decades ago.  During turtle nesting season, May1-November 1, evening turtle watch tours are available.  If lucky, visitors will see a large sea turtle lay her eggs on the beach.

 The New Smyrna Beach Water Taxi is a relaxing cruise through the intracoastal waterway and will drop visitors at several restaurants and near the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.  This restored and magnificent lighthouse is worth a visit..even a trip to the top for a spectacular, panoramic view of the inlet and surrounding communities. 

Great day trips include Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Daytona 500 Attractions and the many natural springs in Central Florida.

• Minimum rental period is 4 nights.
• Peak Season is December 1 through April 30.  Rates for stays during this time are:

     $150/night
     $650/week
     $1800/month

• Off Season is May 1 through November 30.  Rates during this time are:

     $100/night
     $550/week
     $1600/month

• Weekly and nightly rentals during special events weeks, such as Bike Week, Race Week and holidays, include a surcharge of $50/night or $150/week.
• In addition to the rates, there is 12% tax, a one-time cleaning fee of $75 and a refundable damage/reservation deposit of $200.
