Holiday Rates: Dec 15-Jan 2, April 1-9: $2,500 per week (1 week minimum)

**Add $50 processing fee & sales tax to above rates. A deposit of 50% is required to book the property with the balance due 30 days before arrival. All major credit cards accepted. Maid service available for $25 USD per day if requested.
