Best off all it is 2.5 miles from Disneyland and 2.5 miles from Knotts Berry Farm. Fireworks are visible from the back to Disneyland and from the front balcony to Knotts Berry Farm.

A wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and dinner show attractions are just 1 mile over on Beach Boulevard.  This is an ideal location for the whole families needs.  Even a walk on the beach is possible and not that far, just 8 miles south on Magnolia or easy access to Seal Beach area from the Garden Grove freeway (3 miles from the house).

Extended term monthly rental (3-6 months) are fine.
