Fully furnished updated condo- Two bedroom/two full baths with queen beds in each room. Plus queen sofa bed in great room. Complete kitchen-including utensils, washer/dryer/microwave. Wireless internet, cable T.V.-Large screen in Great Room and T.V.'s in both bedrooms and DVD players. Ceiling fans, A/C. Hairdryer. Electric Grill. All linens provided-including beach towels. Many extras-books, DVD's, board games-for rainy days. Parking space in front of building. Complex has heated pool and hot tub for guests plus 24-hour security.

Close to all major Tampa/St Pete, Gulf Coast activities. Fort De Soto, St Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grill, Tropicana Field-all just minutes away. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Tampa airport is 30 mintues, Bush Gardens is 40 minutes, and Disney World/Seaworld/Universal less than two hours away.

Departure Cleaning Fee-$75.00
$500.00 deposit due at time of booking-balance is due 45 days before arrival date.
