Electric Grill.  All linens provided-including beach towels.  Many extras-books, DVD's, board games-for rainy days. Parking space in front of building.  Complex has heated pool and hot tub for guests plus 24-hour security.

Close to all major Tampa/St Pete, Gulf Coast activities.  Fort De Soto, St Pete Beach, Pass-A-Grill, Tropicana Field-all just minutes away.  Tampa airport is 30 mintues, Bush Gardens is 40 minutes, and Disney World/Seaworld/Universal less than two hours away.
