This beautiful home is located in the outskirts of fisherman's village
of Chicxulub. 15 to 20 minute walk to the town's services, yet far
enough to ensure a private and relaxed time at the house.
Beachfront rental, with great view of the ocean, sunsets and sunrise.
The Gulf is just a few steps away!!

The main house features 2 bedrooms with AC and ensuite bathroom.
Dinning room, living room and kitchen. Beachfront area is very nice: a
bar in the terrace, perfect to fix some Margaritas and jumpin the pool.

To the back is the newly built 2 bedroom guest house. It features 2
more bedrooms with AC, ensuite bathroom and a king size bedroom each.
Kitchenette, Dinning and living room. (Guest house is only
available with full house rental).

Chicxulub is highly recommended for people who love the sounds of the
sea, lovely walks during sunset, and the benefits of a total relaxation.

Public transport runs in the back road (400 mts away from the
property) towards the villages and Merida.

The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most
of the services: telephone, internet, market (meat, seafood, veggies,
etc), video store, drugstore, etc.
