If you visit Baylor University, but don't want to stay with your children, or are visiting the campus and don't want to stay in a dorm, or don't want to have to eat out every meal out as a result of staying at a hotel, NOW YOU CAN STAY AS CLOSE AS YOU WANT TO CAMPUS AND FEEL LIKE YOU ARE AT HOME. Eat in your own full kitchen. Do laundry. Park very close to your room. Have plently of space to stretch out, not cramped in a dorm, or your kid's place, or in a dinky hotel room. Stay in a lovely, fully stocked apartment!  Come visit your student without bothering his/her roommate!

Courtyard in Waco is a well maintained apartment complex just off the edge of campus, a 5 minute walk, or 2 minute drive to the center of campus. It is a popular choice for graduate students, and we don't tolerate a lot of the outrageous behaviors  that we all know about. If you want to be right in the middle of campus life, without being grossed out, it is the perfect place to stay when you come to Baylor.

(Additionally, for the adventurous, we also offer a luxurious 42 ft. Monaco Dynasty motorhome available at additional cost to stay just outside your kid's place, or take to Baylor Football gamesm etc.  for the ultimate Big 12 tailgating experience.  Great for multi-day events like golf tournaments, equestrian events, conference tournaments, weekend baseball series', or film crews on location. Pickup at the local airport is available.)

The apartments are 2 Bedroom, 2 or 2.5 bath, full kitchen. Everything you'd expect from a fully stocked house.

Apartments sleep 5-6 using sofa and included cot.

Both are stocked with everything you'll need for an enjoyable and successful visit. All you'll need to bring is your toothbrush, clothes and a positive outlook on life!   :)

What a wonderful and relaxed month I had. Thank you very much. Everything was just as you said, clean, neat and nice and quiet. I was able to finish my work sooner than I thought, but decided to stay a couple extra days to see friends and sight-see. Would do it again. Thanks again.
