It's the type beach vacation rental where you can hear, taste, smell, and see the ocean. On the second floor you have great views of the ocean and can see surfers out in the water. The house is fully furnished, includes all linens and a fully equipped kitchen.

PROPERTY UPDATE: 04-01-2009
We have just completed a major remodel of the entire first floor of the house. Completely remodeled kitchen, granite counter top, new appliances, upgraded lighting dining, new paint throughout, crown molding, etc.... It looks fantastic. We have not increased the price at all, same price as last years rates. Same rates, better house. You have access to 3 bikes, 2 boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

Walk to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, or downtown La Jolla Birdrock, or use our bikes to get their faster. You can walk to excellent restaurants, grocery store, café's, the list goes on and on...

Our La Jolla rental is located in a fantastic family friendly neighborhood where there is a beach entrance. Many of the local surfers prefer surfing the waves accessible in our neighborhood.

Kid Friendly Beaches - I can make a few recommendations as to which beaches are stroller and kid friendly. We are close to them all.

House Layout:
Bottom Floor has two bedrooms; kitchen; living room and dining. The top Floor has a huge master bedroom and a balcony with an ocean view.

Private Backyard:
Lush trees and foliage, water fall pool and jacuzzi.
Note: Pool can be heated for a surcharge of $300 - $500 depending on stay.
