Ocean view 2nd floor end unit with great ocean views from the balcony, living area and bedroom.  Comfortably furnished with a king size pillow top bed, queen size sleeper sofa, and child size bunk beds in the extra room.  There are two TVs, and a DVD/VCR/CD player.  If you choose to cook, the kitchen has been recently updated with all the amenities you need to prepare a meal or a few evening cocktails.  There are also two propane grills for your use.  The floors in the entire unit are wood laminate, which are great for anyone with allergies.

Enjoy magnificent sunrises from the ocean view balcony, while sipping your morning coffee and surfing the internet on the free WIFI that is available.  Stunning sunsets can be viewed from the front of the unit.

The complex is on a no drive portion of the beach. There is a large pool that is seasonally heated and also a kid’s pool for the little ones.  There is a large paver sun deck on the ocean front.

The ocean is steps away where you can swim, surf, or just relax on the beautiful fine sand beach.  This complex is on a no drive portion of the beach, so you don’t have to worry about traffic while enjoying the day on the beach.  There is a large, seasonally heated pool and also a kid’s pool for the little ones.  The complex is small (85 units) and is very much family oriented.  There is Management on site to answer any question that may arise.  Shopping and entertainment is just a short walk or drive away.

Great restaurants, including Chase’s on the Beach and Flip Flops, are close by.  Flagler Avenue is home to shops, restaurants and art galleries.  New Smyrna is an artist community with the Atlantic Center for the Arts School on the mainland.  A Playhouse (theater) is located on the island and a movie theater is located on the mainland in the nearby town of Edgewater.

New Smyrna is known for fabulous fishing and surfing.  Take a fishing charter or party boat cruise right from New Smyrna.  Learn how to surf or visit Seashore National Park for total seclusion and relaxation.  Take the ferry from the marina to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse or area restaurants. 

The attractions of Daytona Beach, including the Daytona Speedway, home of the Daytona 500 are a short drive away.  Kennedy Space Center is about 45 minute drive south.  Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World parks are about 90 minutes away. 

The Orlando airport is about 90 minutes away.  The Daytona Beach airport is about 25 minutes away.
