enjoy the ocean views. You can take a short walk to the center of town and enjoy all that downtown Old Orchard has to offer such as: shopping, amusements, arcades, and the large selection of concessions.
Each bedroom has a full sized bed, with memory foam matress.
Living room has a sleep sofa that opens to a full size bed and a 32" Hi-def tv. with dvd player

2013 season
Peak Season (6/21/13-9/5/13): $1,300.00. USD per week. No daily rentals
Off-Peak Season (5/24/13-6/20/13) and (9/6/13/-10/14/13): $800. USD per week or $150 per night with a THREE NIGHT MIN.
All other Off-Peak: $800 USD per week, Available year round, or $150 per night with a THREE NIGHT MIN.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE 7% MAINE LODGING TAX
Reservation deposit of $300 required to secure week.
Full balance plus security deposit of $300 USD due 60 days before occupancy. This does not include the 7% maine lodging tax.
ALL RENTALS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY WHICH ALLOWS YOU A FULL WEEKEND TO ENJOY ALL THAT OLD ORCHARD HAS TO OFFER. THIS CONDO IS AVAILABLE FOR A WINTER RENTAL FORM LABOR DAY THRU JUNE FIRST FOR $800 PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE. CALL FOR DETAILS
