Spend a fabulous vacation in this beautifully decorated and fully equipped condominium on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach Florida.   Watch the waves from your balcony or search for sharks' teeth on 13 miles of pristine beach just outside your door.  This unit is located on the third floor and has recently been remodeled.  It is completely equipped for a carefree vacation including washer and dryer.  The property features a walkway to the beach, swimming pool, outside barbecue  grill, outside shower to rinse off sand and assigned parking. 

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. at the unit. An earlier time check-in may be available. This depends on whether someone has checked out that day. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. A later time may be available if no one is checking in that day.

Historic Fernandina Beach is just a short bike or car trip and features outstanding sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The Oceans of Amelia is located just 25 minutes away from the Jacksonville Airport and 5 minutes away from Historic Fernandina Beach. Shopping and dining are conveniently located in the quaint 18th century seaport of Fernandina Beach. You will find interesting shops and restaurants of every description, many specializing in seafood caught within hours from the waters off our 13-mile coastline. A deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm the reservation.  Deposits are nonrefundable with less than 30 days notice of cancellation.  There is a 11% lodging tax.  Payment methods accepted: Cash, Check, Master, Visa or Debit card. There is no cleaning fee.
