Vacation Rental Description

located on the Rappahannock River, just outside the historic village of Morattico. Enjoy panoramic 
vistas and spectacular sunsets from your private deck. This home has 3,400 sq. ft. of luxurious 
living space on three levels. Enter from the second level with it’s spacious family room with 
gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area, and sunroom. Upstairs, the master suite includes a full 
bath and sitting area, a perfect spot to curl up with a good book or watch the sailboats pass. There 
are 3 additional bedrooms plus a full bath. The finished lower level, has a full bath, recreation 
room, fireplace and wet bar, and opens to an outdoor patio. You’ll also find a one-car garage, plus 
a boat slip +/-4’ MLW in the community dock, along with full access to the community club house with 
swimming pool. This unit is brand new!  We have 2 units.

Off season (sept,oct,nov,dec,jan,feb.march) $1350.00
Pre season (April,May) $1400.00)
Weekend Rates - 2 day (Check-in Friday check out Sunday)  $550.00
3 day (Check in Friday- check out Monday) $700.00
We ask for a $200.00 depoist for weekend rentals and $400.00 for weekly rentals.All depoist are 
refundable AS LONG THERE IS NO DAMAGE.
