luxury barbeque, wall safe, travel cot/crib, high chair and stroller 
are all included at no extra charge. There are four cable 
televisions with over 30 channels plus VCR in the family room and 
all three master suites.  An integrated music CD system and a DVD 
player are also situated in the family room. For your peace of mind 
this villa is fitted with a full security alarm system, with direct 
dial connection to the emergency services, interconnecting smoke 
detectors, pool alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting at 
the exit doors and our villa is fully licensed for short term rental 
with the appropriate Florida authorities

Our rates are per week and are fully inclusive of taxes and 
management costs.  Rentals of five nights or less will be subject to 
an $90 cleaning charge.  We can accept payment in either US Dollars 
or Pounds Sterling and accept both US checks and UK cheques.  A 
deposit of £150 or $225 per week is payable when reserving our 
villa.  The final balance payment is due 10 weeks prior to 
departure. 

$450 security deposit required on all rentals.
