Bigwood 014 in Mammoth Lakes

Very nice, upstairs condominium with sunny exposure, views and the only unit we have with a private sauna.  Bigwood is located in a quiet neighborhood in town on Majestic Pines.  It has a large outdoor spa, laundry facilities, single car garage and a swimming pool open during the summer only.  During winter, Bigwood is located within a short walk to the shuttle stop (5-10 minute walk).  The green line shuttle (free service) travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village.

This two level, two bedroom condominium has brand new living room furniture and a nice view of trees and the Sherwin Mountains.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, DVD, CD player, BBQ, telephone (local calls only) and woodstove (firewood provided).  The upstairs and downstairs bedroom each have a queen bed.  For relaxation, the sauna is located upstairs. The living room has a sofa sleeper.  This unit is non-smoking and has a single car garage (only one parking pass is given for the second vehicle to park outside, large vehicle may not fit). Mammoth Properties Reservations is not responsible for common area facilities at the complex (i.e. spa, sauna, pool, recreation room, etc.).  Common area facilities vary at each complex. PARKING - Parallel parking only on condo side of street.  Each condo is assigned one garage – the number corresponds to the condo number (Garage #1 belongs to Unit #1, etc.).  DO NOT park in someone else’s assigned numbered garage.  There are un-numbered garages located in buildings AA, BB, X, Y, V and W (map provided upon check-in).
