Rates is based on the occupancy of sixteen (16) persons.
Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates. Minimum night
stays vary, please inquire.

Please charge all long distance calls to a credit card or call
collect. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
If the house is not booked directly before or directly after your
stay, the check-in and check out times are sometimes flexible.

How to make a reservation:

1. Check the availability calendar.
2. Call or email Consuelo to confirm your dates and rates.
3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and
policies.
4. Mail your $1000 reservation/damage deposit along with signed
Policies and Confirmation of Reservation to guarantee your dates.
5. Please make your check to Consuelo Lumanta in the form of
travelers check, bank money order, cashiers check or personal
check.
6. First payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before
your arrival. The balance of rent plus 10% lodging tax and $250
cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to your stay. Please do not
deduct your reservation/damage deposit.
