Premier condominium!!!  Grayeagle (Phase 1) is a brand new complex that opened fall 2005.  This three bedroom condominium has brand new furnishings, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a private Jacuzzi on the balcony.  Grayeagle is located in town on Mountain Blvd. within walking distance to shops and restaurants.  During winter, the shuttle stop is located on Main Street (short walk).  PARKING – READ CAREFULLY!   For one car garage units, one vehicle parks inside garage (no parking permit needed) and the second vehicle parks outside in an assigned parking space with parking permit (see complex map for location of parking space).  Please make sure to have your parking permit visible in your vehicle at all times or your vehicle will be towed at your expense.  If your assigned parking space is taken, please call so that the vehicle is towed.  You must park in the appropriate space.  Parking is strictly enforced at this complex!

This three bedroom condominium in Phase 1 of Grayeagle is brand new as if fall 2005 and townhouse style with a single car garage.  There is one flight of stairs to the main level of the condominium where you'll find the living room, dining room and kitchen.  As well as, the balcony to the private Jacuzzi where you can enjoy a nice view of the Sherwin Mountains and trees.  The guest bedroom is located on the main level with a queen bed.  The two master bedrooms are located on the top floor.  One bedroom has a king and the other has a queen.  The living room has a sofa sleeper.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 TVs, DVD, telephone (local calls only), washer/dryer, forced air heating and gas fireplace.  This unit is non-smoking and comes with two parking passes (one vehicle parks inside the garage and the other parks outside in an assigned parking space next to unit #4).  If you are staying with us on a Monday and/or Friday, please be aware that the spa company will be by to clean the Jacuzzi. SPA NOTICE: Due to the possibility of accident or injury, Landlord, Owner and Agent prohibit children under the age of 18 from using hot tub.  Tenant and its guests acknowledge that use of hot tub is at their own risk to injury and damage from the chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary which may cause fading in some swimsuits and some individuals may experience mild skin rashes; pregnant women and people with heart conditions or pace-makers are not allowed use of the hot tub and enter it at their own risk and agree to hold Landlord, Owner and Agent harmless.
