 Hi Bill, Just to let you know how wonderful our stay was in your house. We found the house was way nicer than it appeared in the pictures that we saw from Craiglist. It was so clean, neat, roomy, cozy, and homey. We loved the big windows in every room where you could let sunlight in at the day and moonlight in at night. The house is located in such a convenient community. It is only 5 minutes driving from the waterfall. It’s so close to nature as well. We had a deer visiting us in the front yard on Saturday and Sunday morning. He was lying down on the lawn right by the window. Today I heard from Jonathan (a 5-year-old boy that was with us). He said “I miss the house. I got really close to the deer”

 We love how beautiful everything was and how everything was really comfortable. The massage chair was definitely a plus. My favorite was the big kitchen---the appliances were sparkling clean and cool (we didn’t have to go shopping for ice because the fridge makes it---exceeding our expectations!). My other favorite was the balcony at the backyard. It would definitely be relaxing to grab a wine, sit there and forget everything (J) on a summer night. I couldn’t believe you even had candles ready at the table. We brought a lot of our stuff but it turned out that you got almost everything there. Thank you for everything. Summer 2010 Rates : (July 1  to Labor Day, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING THE SUMMER MONTH PLEASE! - $895

* Weekends are Friday morning (10am) until Sunday afternoon (1pm) Time are flexible if possible.
* Weekly is Friday (10am) until Thursday (1pm) - Custom packages are available.
* All rentals require a refundable damage deposit: 1-5 people = $300, Over 5 = $500 and will be   refunded within 30 days of departure. The damage deposit MAY be higher for certain holidays.
* A $100 non-refundable security deposit is due with the rental agreement in order to confirm booking. This will be credited toward the rental amount when it becomes due.  The rental amount and the security/damage will be due 2 weeks before your arrival date at which time the lock box combination for house entry will be sent. I will send an email reminder.
* Cleaning fee: 1-5 people = $75, Over 5 = $100
