Exceptional Villa at Bear Trap Dunes in Bethany Beach

This exceptional villa is located at the Village of Bear Trap Dunes
near Bethany Beach, DE. It is delightfully furnished and decorated
resulting in an outstanding vacation place for you, your
family and friends. It overlooks one of the the three pools and the
7th hole of an award-winning Golf Course. The 27 hole Course was
cited by Golf Week Magazine, Oct., 2004, as "one of America's Best
Golf Courses".

The villa staircase winds up to a spacious great room furnished
with colorful, comfortable pieces that invite you to enjoy the
pleasure of being in exceptionally attractive surroundings. In front
of the fireplace is a comfortable sectional sofa,the left portion makes into a double sleeper-sofa. Above the fireplace is a niche with a large TV which receives basic cable and HBO.

You will find other interesting and easy sitting areas in the room which invite you to relax and enjoy yourself and each other. Near the sitting room is
a small den area with a desk, chairs and tables with a broadband,
wireless computer set-up which allows you instant access to the
Internet.

Off the dining area is a large, furnished screen porch and open deck. 
On the same floor are two bedrooms and two baths overlooking the pool and golf course.
 
The twin bedroom is a comfortable size with wardrobe and TV, and small sitting area. Next to it is a full bath.  The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, triple dresser and sitting area in a bow window overlooking the pool.
  
The bath has a stall shower, tub and double sinks as well as an enclosed
toilet area. Up a short flight of stairs is a charming loft area
overlooking the living room with a "plantation" bed which makes into
twins or a queen. It has a private full bath and TV, and is
curtained behind a carved antique screen for light and safety. This
is our favorite room! Throughout the villa much thought has been
given to providing ease and comfort to the vacationer as well as
color in the furnishings and accessories to delight the eye. If you
come to play golf or play on the beach you will find our villa
convenient and easy - if you come to relax and play at the resort or
just chill out, you will find it fun and wonderfully comfortable.

Fireplace, TVs with HBO, VCR, DVD, broadband Internet and wireles
router, 12 cup automatic coffee maker, blender, no landline phones, 
hand mixer, four slice toaster, microwave, colorful and numerous
china and tableware, tablemats, buffet, trivets, generous serving
pieces, full line of cooking utensils and kitchen ware. Full bar
setup with two ice buchets and wine table with rack. Washing machine
and dryer, vacuum, small hand vacuum, games, library, convenience to pool. 
There is a Clubhouse with great food, views, caddy shack, bar, playgrounds, 
golf, tenns, Fitness Center with Cybex equipment, indoor pool, two
outdoor pools, playgrounds, hiking biking, saunas, party room in
Pavilion,  radio and CD player.
The Clubhouse is open to the public, but the shuttle to the beach and
other amenities require guest badges available at the Fitness Center.
Golfing requires a greens fee. Towels and linens for your personal
use are not provided. Please bring your own or they may be rented
locally. Please bring your cell phones. There are no landlines. A bonus of 4 amenity badges is offered at time of Lease Agreement during the peak Season, a savings of $140.00.

Take a drive North to Rehoboth, walk the boardwalk, shop, visit the
historic town of Lewes, take the ferry to Cape May and return, visit
the Outlets and numerous antique shops, waterparks, miniature golf.
Drive South to Fenwick Island and Ocean City, more shopping and
theme parks, plus movie theatres throughout the area. Find fine
dining in many excellent restaurants where you can try the famous
Maryland crab dishes. And don't forget the Outlet shopping! Fantastic! 
Bethany has a delightful, quaint atmosphere with a boardwalk and good
beach, plus great food and shopping. Take the shuttle to Bethany
Beach where there is surfing, fishing and swimming in the ocean,
plus sailing, parasailing, kayaking, waterskiing in the Bay, other
golf courses to try, hiking and biking, miles of shoreline State
Parks to walk, five Har-vu tennis courts at the Village of Bear Trap
Dunes and an amphitheatre active during the season. You really don't
have to leave Bear Trap to have fun!

2010

A three night minimum applies for all months except for July,
August and a portion of September which rent weekly only, Saturday to
Saturday. A refundable Security Deposit is required at all times as
is a Lease Agreement.

A Refundable Security Deposit of $300.00 is required for weekly rentals and $200 for weekends.  Rent is required to be paid in full at time of Lease Agreement during Peak Season.
