Enjoy your vacation in our charming Laguna Beach cottage steps from the Sawdust Festival and a five minuted walk to downtown and main beach. 

Nestled in the quaint canyon area of town, you will also enjoy the serenity of our garden, fruit trees, birds, canyon views, and a big fenced in dog friendly front yard.  This home is perfect for a family or four friends who want to get to the best beach town on a budget. 

Our home is simple but classic with custom wood furniture, antiques, comfortable beds and a lot of character.  It is a perfect retreat if you want to enjoy the many beautiful beaches, walk to the art festivals, shop or hike in the canyons behind the house.  THe cottage is on a pretty quiet street, but we do have neighbors.  Also, the place is a 1929 cottage so it is not the Ritz.

We are leaving our house as we live in it and hope you enjoy what we have to offer.  

Main Beach and other great beaches - 10 minute walk (We will suggest our favorite local spots!)

Sawdust Festival/Pageant of the Masters & Art-a-Fair (Right down the street)

Free Trolley Picks you up steps from the house and takes you anywhere in Laguna.  No car needed!

We are leaving you our beach cruisers and bike rack.  Take them to crystal cove or Newport Boardwalk or just ride them all around town.

Farmers Market is every Saturday until noon.

Whole Foods Market is just a walk away

Dozens of Fabulous Restaurants right downtown (5 min walk) and we will leave you a list of our favorites.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. An inquiry to the owner does not form a binding agreement.  You will sign our rental agreement and pay a 50% deposit before any binding contract is made. We reserve the right to decide who stays in our home and can refuse to accept offers.

- up to 15 days- 50% refund

- up to 5 days- 25% refund
