When you enter our condo, you will realize that this is not going to be your average beach vacation!  Inside, everything from the tile floor, the furniture to the cabinets have been upgraded. Outside, (after Hurricane Ivan washed away the swimming pools, trees, landscaping and boardwalk) every inch of the property has been improved and is in pristine condition.  The surrounding property at Seaside features a lot of grass, palm trees and beautiful landscaping that you don't normally see at many beach front condos.  From our relaxing 4th floor balcony, all the stress of your day-to-day life will be forgotten when you cast your eyes on the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and listen to the soothing sound of the waves breaking on the endless stretch of white sandy beach.  Inside the condo, you will appreciate the Lazy Boy recliners (2) to relax in after a hard day at the beach.

On your way to the beach?  If you don't feel like carrying your beach chairs, you can rent them and relax under the included umbrella.  They are available to rent on-the-spot (daily or weekly rentals are available.)

If you need to conduct some business while you're here, we even provide FREE WiFi!   Local phone calls are also FREE.

Seaside Beach & Racquest Club consists of 5 buildings; our's is the closest to, and directly overlooks the beach. From the Master Bedroom, you will be soothed to sleep by the sound of the waves. In the morning, you will surely want to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony.  In the evening, be sure to have your camera ready for the beautiful sunsets.

Most mornings & evenings you can see the dolphins swimming close to the shore.

Our guest book is filled with wonderful comments about how nice our unit is. We have provided all the Extras to make you feel like you're at home.... we want to come back year after year to enjoy our home-away-from-home.  A majority of our renters have stayed with us previously.

               Refunds are only issued for cancellations OUTSIDE of the cancellation range (30 days for weekly rentals and 90 days for monthly rentals.)  If you choose to NOT purchase trip insurance, no refunds will be issued inside the cancellation date range for any reason, including illness, hurricanes and similar events.  Trip insurance is highly recommended, the cost is 6.5% of the total reservation cost.  We provide this as a service to our guests, we do not make anything on this coverage.

The area boasts 15+ great golf courses.  The shopping opportunities are outstanding; there are hundreds of boutiques, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and specialty shops near our condo. There is a huge outlet mall - about twenty minutes away: (Tanger Outlet Mall on Hwy 59 in Foley, AL) with over 120 stores. The Wharf: Marina, Shopping, Dining &, Amphitheater. Their outdoor concerts bring in big names like Brooks & Dunn, Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Chesney & Steely Dan.   They also have a large ferris wheel for the kids.

Adventure Island Arcade is directly across the street (you don't even need to use your car); when you are ready for a break from the waves, they offer a Go-Kart Track, Roller Coaster, Bumper Boats, Kid Rides, Arcade and a Mini-Golf Course.

The area is also a popular spot for Corporate Meetings because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach area has hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats.  Red Snapper, Tuna, King Mackerel, Grouper & Amberjack are some of the most commonly caught fish.  Most of the restaurants at the marina will be happy to prepare your freshly caught meal.

INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT

• Initial Reservation Payment is 30% of base rent. Note: If the grand total is less than $500.00, payment in full is due at time of reservation.
• Initial Reservation Payment is payable via MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express at reservation time. 
• The Initial Reservation Payment is a portion of your rent and will be applied to your grand total; therefore, it will NOT be refunded following your departure.
• Payment in full at time of reservation is required if arrival occurs within 30 days.

Additional Fees:  Parking Passes ($17 ea. max of 2), Reservation Fee $35 ($50 March, April & May) Cleaning Fee $119, & Lodging Taxes of 11% are extra.

For your convenience, we use a local management company.  They are available 24 hours in case of any problems.  Keyless entry codes and parking passes can be picked up at their office in Gulf Shores and credit card payments can be made via their secure system.

Sorry No Pets of any size.  No Smoking, and must be 25 or older.

Handicapped Accessible:  There are "Handicap Parking" spots available next to the elevator, directly below our condo.
