Our 2nd Floor Carriage Home is conveniently located within the Golf Village of the exclusive Lexington Country Club.  It is a beautfully furnished 2 bedroom (master bedroom with king bed & lake view and guest bedroom with twin beds) and 2 full baths.  Our carriage home is spacious and has cathedral ceilings.  Our eastern exposure lanai, which is 21 feet long, overlooks a lake and the 10th fairway to the golf course.   Our carriage home also has a one-car garage.  No smoking and no pets. 

Our carriage home is located within Lexington Country Club, which is among the most desirable luxury, gated golfing communities in Southwest Florida.  Lexington has an 18 hole championship golf course, 12 lighted tennis courts, 6 heated swimming pools, driving range & putting green, clubhouse with fine & casual dining, exercise room, and full time activity staff.  This rental includes the transfer of golfing privileges (with transfer of amentities fee below), which allows for 7 day advance tee time reservation and discounted price for 18 holes of golf with cart included (fees for those without such privileges are more expensive and only allow for a 2 day advance tee time reservation).

Located within 5 miles of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands, our carriage home is close to all of the major attractions in southwest florida.  Lexington Country Club hosts many events throughout the year, including golf, tennis, and bocce tournaments; dinner dances and luncheons; shows; exercise; dance and art classes and seasonal parties.

Normally $4100 per month for January through March, we will discount to $3800 a month with a minimum 2 month rental.  Likewise, April rent is normally $3075 per month and will be discounted to $2800 with a minimum 2 month rental; plus 11% sales and use tax.

Other charges: $1000 security deposit required; $200 membership transfer fee; and $100 departure cleaning fee.
