1. 12% Florida Sales/Tourist Tax applies to all rentals
2. $100.00 Condo Fee Required
3. $500.00 Security Deposit Required Upon Booking (Full Amount
Refunded upon 60 days notice of cancellation or $450 refunded
($50 kept for condo cleaning) within 30 days following your
departure (condo free of damage)
4. All Payments Must be Received 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival
