Sit on your own private deck and see the sunrise or enjoy the majestic view or sit next the to large trinkling pond and enjoy nature. Located in quiet area of the lake. No loud parties here. You can go downtown and enjoy the festivities and come back to your privacy.

Many golf courses within 35 minute drive. Lake Pend Orielle is 43 miles long and you can boat, fish, canoe or just relax on your private deck for full view of the lake or sit by the pond in the yard. You can ski, xcountry ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, fish, hunt, hike, shop, dine and play in North Idaho on the beach of Lake Pend Oreille in Bayview Idaho. It is 8 min. to Silverwood and Boulder Beach Water Park, 30 min. to Coeur d Alene or Sandpoint and 45 min. to Schweitzer Ski Resort & Gondola Rides. Community boat launch and slips close by. Property is 1/2 block to Farragut State Park. Farragut State Park is 800 acres of trails, boat launches, disc frisbee, view the wildlife.
