Downtown Victorian Cottage in Prescott

This beautiful 3 bedroom 1901 Victorian Cottage is what Prescott is all about.  Located in the downtown historic district, it is within easy walking distance of all that Prescott has to offer, including fine restaurants, theaters, art galleries, antique stores, boutiques, historic Whisky Row and the courthouse square where many exciting activities happen through out the year.  

The cottage has been updated with many modern amenities for your comfort, but still maintains the old home charm, with high ceilings, lots of crown molding and a beautiful oak staircase.  The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with shower, the kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove, built in microwave and frig.  The dining room has a round oak table with 4 chairs and a breakfast buffet with coffeemaker and toaster. 

The living room is comforable and cozy and there is a flat screen TV with DVD player, stereo, high speed wireless internet and central air conditioning.  There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a lovely 4 poster queen size bed and the other with a comfortable full size Jenny Lind bed and a 3rd bedroom/den is upstairs with a daybed that makes into two twins.  There is a lovely courtyard area with patio table, barbecue and flowers for your outdoor entertainment.  The home is turn-key with linens, dishes, towels provided and there is a washer/dryer.

Prescott is known as "Everyone's Home Town" and is rich in old west history and charm.  Our downtown square has frequent arts/crafts shows and many festivals and musical activities throughout the year.  It is surrounded by national forest,  has several lakes within 10 minutes of downtown and numerous hiking trails.  We are also a short day trip to the red rocks of Sedona, the old west mining town of Jerome, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and the Phoenix/Sedona area.
