We have loved operating our 1st vacation rental so much (Property #33783) that we bought a 2nd unit in the same building! Renovations were completed by July 2009. Our new condo features the same great amenities as our other condo, but has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Our centrally located condo will feel like your home away from home. We are long-term Bow Valley residents and thus our home features special touches not found in any hotel or typical vacation home. We are one of the few Canmore vacation rental owners that lives in Canmore (just down the street).

The Condo is 1195 square feet and features a master bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room.

The open concept living room-dining room-kitchen opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Three Sisters and Rundle mountains. Our home has a very comfortable feeling. The view is amazing! Local amenities (groceries, liquor, restaurants) are less than a one-minute walk away. With a five-minute walk you can be in the heart of downtown Canmore - full of shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Please note that the private entry to the unit is at street level. Upon entering the foyer area, you then ascend a flight of stairs to access the main living area. There is not an elevator or wheelchair lift inside the unit.

Aside from 5% GST and the Pet Fee (if applicable), our booking fees include all other fees. Hotels and some other vacation rentals charge an additional 4% Hotel Tax and/or 2% Tourism Levy, and some may charge cleaning fee or fees for extra guests. Please keep these fees in mind if you are comparing prices of similar properties.

degrees of difficulty); rock climbing; canoeing/kayaking; world-
class golf;
Things to do: Visit the Banff Upper Hot Springs for a dip in the 
soothing natural waters; visit The Banff Centre for an evening of 
entertainment or an afternoon enjoying the various galleries; make a 
day trip to beautiful Lake Louise or Moraine Lake and view the 
majestic green waters; make Canmore your home base while you enjoy 
the world famous Calgary Stampede held each summer; pamper yourself 
at one of our numerous spas; learn about the natural history of the 
Rocky Mountains at one of our museums; enjoy the outdoors; so much 
to do!

PAYMENT: A Booking Deposit of $200 is required to confirm booking. This payment will be applied toward the Booking Fee and is not a Damage Deposit. Remaining payment is due one month prior to arrival. If payment in full is not received by this date the owner is free to release the dates. 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A valid credit card number is required as a Damage Deposit. A hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the stay. In lieu of a credit card number, a $300 Damage Deposit will be collected one month prior to arrival (returned within 2 weeks of departure). 

CANCELLATION: Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email is acceptable). There shall be no refunds due to delays in arrival or early departure.

Notice of cancellation with more than 30 days notice: $200 Booking Deposit is non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice: Booking Fee is non-refundable*

*If we are able to re-rent any portion of your stay, the Booking Fee will be refunded accordingly, less the $200 Booking Deposit.
