This comfortable 1 bed/2 bath condo is located directly across from the beach and is one of only a few truly front row, fully unobstructed ocean view units in Maui Kamaole. From your kitchen, family room, or while relaxing on the lanai, you can see the nearby island of Lanai and the deep blue Pacific where you can watch the migrating humpback whales, see passing boats, and breathtaking sunsets. Modern island furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen make your trip more relaxing (and economical since you can dine and entertain right at your own home away from home.)

The front lanai opens up to a lovely Hawaiian landscaped lawn area facing the water with a Bar-B-Q adjacent to the unit. Of course there is cable TV and new wireless high speed internet available, so if surfing the ocean waves is not your bag, try surfin’ the channels or the internet for a while.

The unit is just a stones throw from the beach, located across from the natural, unoccupied state-owned land adjacent to the Kamaole III Beach. "Kam 3 beach" is locally known as the loveliest of the three Kamaole beaches that string from central Kihei to Wailea.

The west facing beach has an excellent diving and swimming reef, sometimes a good surfing break (depending on the season), a nearby boat launch ramp, hiking trails, grass and sand with palm trees everywhere! Kihei is just a few blocks away... close enough for a five minute walk but just far enough to allow peace and quiet at this private low-rise resort. The Wailea area actually starts near the base of the resort driveway, and the lovely restaurants, stores, world-class golf courses and resorts are just a few blocks away.

Tax: Rates are subject to 12.42% Hawaii State General Excise and Transient Accomodation Taxes.

Cleaning Fee: $85 cleaning fee added to all reservations 14 nights or less in length.

Refundable Security Deposit: $300 is required for stays 21 nights or less. For stays longer than 21 nights, a $500 deposit is required. This amount is added to total charges and is refundable 30 days after departure if inspections show no missing or damaged items or above average electricity usage.

Credit cards: Accepted via PayPal only. An additional 3% (domestic) or 4% (International) service charge will be added onto your total if you choose to use this payment option.
