Your vacation unit has been recently remodeled with granite and travertine tiles throughout.  It is beautifully furnished and decorated and boasts a Tuscan-like feel.  The kitchen is well equipped complete with modern appliances, dishes, glassware, and utensils. All linens, bedding, and beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Your Tuscan vacation home has a shared spa, a beautiful patio with plenty of seating, a fireplace/pit, and an amazing outdoor kitchen. You can either eat in or dine "Alfresco Style" in the outdoor dining area that overlooks a beautiful garden and play yard. It also offers an exceptional outdoor kennel suite for your small pet.  For the young at heart, bring nothing as your stay includes most beach equipment needs and there are plenty of games, bikes, golf clubs, and an out door ping-pong table.

• Summer Rates:  Memorial Day- Labor Day will be at the max rate                of $2450.00 / week or $450.00 per day.  (see above for all maximum rates)
• The rest of the year is subject to minimum rates

• No tax for stays of 31 nights or more
• 10% tax for stays of 30 nights or less

               Plus the folowing fees:

• Cleaning Fee $95.00
• Refundable Security/Damage Deposite $500.00-$5000.00 depending on length of stay
• If your stay is cut short for any reason, the rate goes back to the daily rate starting from your arrival date.
