This charming beach duplex is located only 5 houses from Stone Steps Beach and is just a short walk to the ever popular, Moonlight Beach.

Your vacation unit has been recently remodeled with granite and travertine tiles throughout.  It is beautifully furnished and decorated and boasts a Tuscan-like feel.  The kitchen is well equipped complete with modern appliances, dishes, glassware, and utensils. All linens, bedding, and beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Your Tuscan vacation home has a beautiful patio area with plenty of seating, a fireplace/pit, and an amazing outdoor kitchen. You can either eat in or dine "Alfresco Style" in the outdoor dining area that overlooks a beautiful garden and play yard.   For the young at heart, bring nothing as your stay includes most beach equipment needs and there are plenty of board games, lawn games, tennis racquets, and an out door ping-pong table.

November 21 - December 4    $335.00/night, $1950.00/week 

December 5 - December 20    $300.00/night, $1800.00/week

January 21 - February 20       $200.00/night, $1400.00/week, $3900.00/month

• No tax for stays of 31 nights or more
• 10% tax for stays of 30 nights or less

• Cleaning Fee $95.00
• Refundable Security/Damage Deposite $500.00-$5000.00 depending on length of stay
• If your stay is cut short for any reason, the rate goes back to the daily rate starting from your arrival date.
