Rates vary with seasons:

Dec. - May - Winter season: $1130 weekly to $3390 monthly;

May - Sept. - Summer season: $730 weekly to $2135 monthly;

Sept. - Dec. - Fall season: $620 weekly to $1700 monthly.

Cleaning fee, resort and Florida taxes not included.
